Excellent read how it all links together and how to implement it with practical tips and lots of personal experience from Mirco.
Mirco has captured in very concise form the concepts and practical steps leaders in an IT organization need to transform. Throughout the book, as he describes how to lead the transformation to a highly capable and effective IT delivery organization, Mirco describes why legacy modes of thinking and doing IT are not suited to the nature of IT work, especially in today's demanding markets and with available technologies.
